Marty Mullaney has dedicated over 22 years of his professional career serving the people of Pennsylvania. Marty’s primary practice is dedicated to defending those accused or suspected of a criminal act.

As a former prosecutor, working as an Assistant DA in Montgomery County, Marty is a courtroom veteran and experienced in dealing with the complexities of the criminal justice system.

In 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 & 2011 Marty Mullaney has been named to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list as one of the top criminal defense attorneys in PA. No more than 5% of the lawyers in the state are selected by the Thomas Reuters’ publication.
